You think, you are a bad person and you ain’t worth shit.
Never goes off your mind, no matter how many bitchy people are surrounding you. You always think there’s something wrong with you.
Of course, dissociation is a huge part for most BPD-people. You’re not really able to define your identity, what you want or expect from life changes almost every day. So how can you trust in your feelings, how can you even trust yourself? When you don’t know who you are, how can you know, that you’re no bad person? If there’s something going wrong, it’s always your fault - at least, that’s how it is in your head. This huge rage, this hell of a temper you’re sometimes experiencing, doesn’t that make you bad?
No! Of course not! But try telling that to a BPD-person.
So how can you cope with this situation? Some people turn to faith, some do charity work in order to prove that they are good people. No matter what you do, don’t do it because of other people, do it for yourself. If spiritualism does something for you, or if you just feel good helping people… if it makes you feel good, it is good and above all, you’re good.
The devil is not you. He is just dancing with you and it’s about time that you are the one who’s leading.
